Free standard shipping for orders over $250 before tax.

Standard $15 flat rate via Canada Post: 3 - 7 business days. 

Express $30 flat rate via Canada Post Xpresspost: 1 - 3 business days.

 

USA

While we do not currently offer standardized shipping to the US, please email us at retailtherapy@lbvlifestyle.com and we will arrange for your shipment. You will receive tracking information via email once your package is shipped. All prices will be in Canadian dollars. LBV will not be responsible for any additional custom fees or duty charges incurred during shipment. 

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

Free for all orders! You will receive an email within 2 business days when your order is ready for pick-up.

 

THE FINE PRINT

We ship within 24 - 48hrs of receiving orders. 

Tracking information will be sent via email once your package is shipped. 

Canadian dollars - the currency of choice for all prices and payment.

Shipping charge is non-refundable.

For all orders, once items have been delivered to their destination, we cannot be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

We offer exchange or store credit on eligible regular-priced items within 7 days of purchase. Please return the item(s) with receipt in original unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened condition with original packaging and tags attached. All Sale items, beauty, bath, and body products, lingerie, socks, and swimwear are considered Final Sale.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

REFUND

Eligible (see Eligible Items below) regular priced items must be mailed/returned to store within 14 days of purchase. 

 

By mail - please email us at retailtherapy@lbvlifestyle.com and include your order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will provide further instructions and a shipping label to complete the return at a $15 Flat Rate from Canada Post. Once we receive the item(s) and process the return, $15 will be deducted from the original refund amount.
 

In store - drop in with the item(s) and proof of purchase email.

 

EXCHANGE

Eligible (see Eligible Items below) regular priced items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at retailtherapy@lbvlifestyle.com to guide you through selecting a different size/colour/item.

 

By mail - please email us at retailtherapy@lbvlifestyle.com and include your order number and item(s) you wish to exchange. We will provide further instructions and a shipping label to complete the return at a $15 Flat Rate from Canada Post. Once we receive the item(s) and process the exchange, the additional shipping expenses will be billed before the exchanged order is mailed back to you.

FINAL SALE

All Sale items, beauty, bath and body products, lingerie, socks, and swimwear are considered Final Sale.

 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

All eligible items for return, exchange, or store credit must be accompanied by receipt / proof of purchase in original unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Final sale items (see Final Sale above) are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
