PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

 

PAYMENT

All prices and payment will be in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes, duties, or custom charges unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal as a method of payment. All transactions are secure, encrypted, and no payment information is stored. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is confirmed. You will also receive automatic emails when your order is shipped, ready for pick up in store, or if there is any status change on your order. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your payment is received and your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with shipping confirmation to your email. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an online order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it goes into preparation for shipping.

 

CANADA TAXES

Taxes will be charged as per the shipping destination province's current specifications. 

 

USA DUTIES AND TAXES

We do not currently offer standardized shipping to the USA. However, you may email us at retailtherapy@lbvlifestyle.com to arrange for your delivery. Present customs procedures exempt all orders under $800 USD from all duties and taxes upon import into the USA. 

 

FINAL SALE

All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Some other items are final sale for safety and sanitary reasons. These include any beauty, bath, and body products, lingerie, socks, and swimwear.

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We pick and package our products with care. However, should you notice any damage or defect to your item(s) please contact us within 2 business days. We will attempt to replace the product and if unable to do so, we will issue a refund. 

 

SIZE AND FIT

Our brands are designed all over the world and many follow sizing conventions unique to their brand or region. We have provided sizing charts on each product as a general guide to help you envision the fit.
